All packages are insured. We will ship your replacement with minimum delay. Before shipping you will be requested to fill out the Lost/Damaged Package Request Form
Please complete Lost/Damaged Package Request Form not sooner than 40 days after shipment date (not over 90 days). We do not address claims for missing packages filed over 90 days from the date of order.
If you need the products sooner, we can send out an identical shipment to you immediately. We do have to charge you for that shipment, but we guarantee that you will be reimbursed. Your credit card will be credited for the amount of the reimbursement once we have received payment from the insurance company for the lost package. This process should take no more than 50 days.
Returns:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all consumable items on our website.
Used equipment returns incurs a 15% restocking fee. All water filters are excluded from our return policy. Once you buy our water filters and find out you don’t like them, they are yours. We are however always happy to help you solve any problems you may have with the filters.
Both open and unopened products are accepted for return within 40 days. After 40 days from invoice date opened and unopened products will not be accepted for return.
Please note that any shipping costs of returned items is not refundable and must be paid for by the customer.

IMPORTANT
Your return may be rejected should we not be able to identify you. Please enclose either a copy of your invoice, or an invoice number. Also always enclose your day time telephone number with your name, along with a list of the returned products.
Unopened products are accepted for return within 30 days. After 30 days from the day you receive your products, you cannot make a return. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Please be assured that all packages and their contents are doubled checked by our staff before being sent.
- All claims for overages and shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt.
- All damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
- Returns must be sent within 30 days from the date of invoice, to the address above.
- Enclose invoice or invoice number with returns.
- After 30 days products will not be accepted for return.

- Should you not receive the package a claim has to be made within 45 days from the date of ordering for US and Canada. Claims for all other countries must be made within 80 days from the date of ordering. We do not address claims for missing packages filed 80 days or more from the date of order.
All of our residential air purifiers in the 4000, 5000, 6000 and AirMedic series are covered by a ten year manufacturer warranty on motor; units with UV lights have a 5-year manufacturer warranty; 5 years on parts (cord, switch, wheels) and labor. AirTubes are covered for one year, parts and labor. This warranty does not include filters.
The warranty is considered active from the date of the original purchase by the end-user if made through an authorized dealer or agent between the manufacturer and the consumer. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Dr Clark Store does not assume any liability for defects in any 3rd party equipment. Any warranty claims are to be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
