About Fluoridation
In a 2004 Water Quality Report for a certain public water district stated: "Drinking water containing more than 4 mg/L of fluoride (the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s drinking water standard) can increase your risk of developing bone disease. Your drinking water does not contain more than 4 mg/L of fluoride, but we are required to notify you when we discover that the fluoride levels in your water exceed 2 mg/L because of this cosmetic dental problem. Some home water treatment units are also available to remove fluoride from your drinking water.”
Sixty-seven percent of Americans in more than 8,000 communities throughout the country (more than 170 million people) now receive fluoridated water. This includes most of Southern California with notable cities of Los Angeles, Long Beach, and San Diego.
The City of San Diego began fluoridating all its drinking water in February 2011. This affects the cities of Coronado, Del Mar, and Imperial Beach. Why not use Distillation or Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Dr. Clark never liked such units since it strips the water from all minerals. Such water is often described as “Hungry Water” as it attracts minerals from your piping and leaches vitamins and minerals from your body. Never drink over purified water like that! Dr. Clark’s main concern with RO was that it keeps polluting the water with minute amounts of solvents, because once a solvent has entered the filter it will never leave.
