Directions: Please follow directions on accompanying literature. This product is to be used with the liver flush or as saline laxative. You will need 4 portions of 15 capsules for each liver flush, a total of 60 capsules. Directions for use as saline laxative: Magnesium Sulfate promotes bowel movements by increasing water in the intestines. Take up to 15 capsules or as directed by a health professional and make sure to drink one glass {8oz} or more of water each time. Warning: Before using Magnesium Sulfate you can perform this test in order to reduce your anxiety and risk of allergic reactions or hypermagnesemia. This test is not part of the liver flush. Do it the week before you do the flush. Test: start with one capsule and observe your reaction. The next day take 5 capsules and then 10 capsules the following day and so forth, until you get diarrhea. This product generally produces bowel movement in ½ to 6 hours by increasing water in intestine. Adverse Effects Directions: If you get nauseous, vomiting or weak it may be a sign of Hypermagnesemia. In that case discontinue use, call a doctor or go to the Emergency Room. Also drink a lot of water in order to aid in the elimination of excess magnesium. Do not take if: Do not take if younger than 16. Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding. Do not take drugs 4 hours before or after taking this product and only after talking to your doctor. Do not take if you have kidney disease, a magnesium restricted diet, abdominal pain, nauseous, or vomiting. Do not take for longer than one week.
