Vitamin B1 is a water-soluble vitamin needed to process carbohydrates, fat, and protein. Vitamin B2 is needed to process amino acids and fats. B6 helps to make many amino acids. Niacinamide is needed for proper circulation and healthy skin. Pantothenic Acid is required by all the cells of the body. Folic Acid helps protect the chromosomes against genetic damage. Biotin is essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Vitamin B12 is needed for normal nerve cell activity, DNA replication and production of the mood-affecting substance SAMe.
