Lost/Damaged Products

All packages are insured. We will ship your replacement with minimum delay, depending on shipping method. Should you not receive your package, a claim has to be made within 45 days from date of ordering.

Please send an email to stating that you have not received your package and make sure to include the following information in your correspondence:

  1. Order Date:
  2. Order Number:
  3. Your Name and Your Contact Information:


We realize there may be a significant delay before your receive your compensation or replacement of your product. If you need the products sooner, we can send out an identical shipment to you immediately. We do have to charge you for that shipment, but we guarantee that you will be reimbursed. Your credit card will be credited for the amount of the reimbursement once we have received payment from the insurance company for the lost package. This process should take no more than 50 days.
